Tuborg Harbour Park

Tuborg Harbour Park is being constructed along the south side of the newly resurrected Tuborg harbour. The former industrial harbour is newly appointed with space for approximately 350 pleasure boats, a café environment and new clubhouse for the Royal Danish Yacht Club, RDYC.

D+W's residential project is comprised of two building types, canal blocks and park blocks, both of which are designed to take full advantage of the new harbourfront. Large windows afford all apartments views of the water and park area, while all balconies and terraces are oriented towards both the morning and afternoon sun.

The first and second phases of Tuborg Havnepark are complete and already occupied, the third phase will be completed in the first half of 2008, while the fourth phase will be completed in the second half of 2008.
