Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek Renovation
The Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2006, opening its doors to the public with a renewed spirit. The striking building with proud traditions was extensively modernized by DISSING+WEITLING, house architects from 1987 to 2007. The alterations include improved entrance conditions and facilities for the public, a new conservation workshop as well as a rebuilding of the Etruscan collection.
The project was awarded the Beautiful Building Award for alterations and renovation by the City of Copenhagen in 2006.
