New 60,000-m2 Mother-and-Child extension to Herlev Hospital, Denmark

DISSING+WEITLING architecture has prequalified to compete for the Mother-and-Child hospital as part of the strong consortium, Healthby, which – in addition to D+W – consists of Norwegian Medplan arkitekter and the large British engineering company Buro Happold.

The consortium will collaborate with a number of consultants to create a welcoming and friendly hospital to afford families in a difficult situation the best possible experience while providing medical staff with an optimum working environment.
