Green light for construction of new property on Mitchellsgade 2

Freja Ejendomme A/S announced on July 1st 2010 the sale of an area of almost 7000 m2 to Hafonn A/S.

Based on a very successful collaboration around AB6 - the commercial property in Amager Boulevard, Copenhagen, where SimCorp and VP have their headquarters - Hafonn has asked Dissing+Weitling architecture to develop a proposal for the new rental property on Mitchellsgade.

The project has now been presented and Dissing+Weitling's proposal has been very positively received by Hafonn, Freja and the Copenhagen Municipality.

The Managing Director of Freja, Karen Mosbech said in the announcement of the sale:
