We are pleased to announce that we have added Marie Granholm to our team. Marie is a very experienced architect, having worked on a number of restoration and transformation projects in her elaborate career.
Marie graduated from the Royal Danish Academy’s School of Architecture in 1987. Since then, she has worked for a number of esteemed Danish architecture offices, mainly as project manager on restoration and transformation projects as well as large housing projects, educational and cultural buildings.
Marie is a strong addition to our small in-house team working on our framework agreement with the University of Copenhagen. The contract covers technical consultancy for the restoration, renovation and refurbishment of the university’s facilities in the heart of Copenhagen. With numerous buildings and more than 200,000 sqm floor space – practically all of which are listed as cultural heritage – there are plenty of interesting and challenging projects for the team to handle.
At the moment, Marie draws on her rich expertise working on the registration, disassembly and reconstruction of the Victoria House (Viktoriahuset). The Victoria House is a beautiful, listed green house from the 1870’s located in the Copenhagen Botanical Gardens, which are also comprised in our framework agreement with the University of Copenhagen.
